We would like to ensure mindfulness tools, strategies and techniques are accessible to all and want to be able to support settings with their specific needs/requirements. Therefore, these sessions can be delivered to whole classes or small groups.

 

Individual workshops include but are not exclusive to:

 

- Introduction to mindfulness

 

- Breath-work 

 

- Self-regulation and relaxation

 

- Mindful art

 

- Family wellness events

 

- Mindfulness mentoring for pupil leadership teams

 

- Mini mindfulness lunchtime sessions in schools

 

Timings:

Half day: AM from 9.30am

                 PM from 12.30pm

 

Lunch time sessions (45 minutes)
