We have designed a unique evidence based Emotional Curriculum with a focus on our minds, our bodies and our world.

 

Life's journey is filled with change and uncertainty. Mindfulness helps us connect with ourselves and understand how we can re-balance, self-soothe and maintain calm by noticing and observing how we grow inside, outside and within the world around us.  

 

We believe that the earlier children learn and practice important life skills, the greater the impact they will have.
