Our Programs:

 

We deliver six week programs that are designed for small groups, adapting to meet the needs of individual settings. 

 

  • Creative Mindfulness Program - An interactive approach to introduce the core areas of mindfulness (connection, brain, breath, body, senses, self-compassion) and how to incorporate these techniques into everyday life.

 

  • Early Years Well-being Program - Exploring six themes: self-care, sleep hygiene, managing emotions, friendship and conflict, worrying thoughts, change and growth. 

 

All sessions are evidence based, interactive, creative, inclusive and sensitive to triggers.

 

Certificates of attendance will be issued at the end of each program.
