We have both had successful teaching careers in educating children across a range of different settings for over two decades.
After a series of personal and professional experiences, we knew we wanted to channel our energies into promoting self-care and supporting emotional well-being with our city.
We are certified mindfulness and breath-work practitioners. We've created a unique evidence based Emotional Curriculum. From this, we design and deliver workshops, teaching children and young adults independent strategies and life skills that they can use when they need to.
